Abstract

Analytic processes of total RNA of kidney tissue of primary IgA nephropathic patients and total RNA of kidney tissue of a normal group are carried out through high-flux sequencing technology to obtain the miRNA of the kidney tissue of the primary IgA nephropathy. A further research in the differently expressed miRNA is beneficial to an explaination of the pathogenesis of the primary IgA nephropathy and provides a new approach for diagnosing and treating the primary IgA nephropathy. The analysis method of the differently expressed miRNA of the kidney tissue of the primary IgA nephropathy is reasonable and feasible in design, can effectively assist in establishing a map model of the differently expressed miRNA of the primary IgA nephropathy and can obtain relative information, as an intermediate result, of the primary IgA nephropathy.
