Embodiment Construction

[0034] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the solution of the present application, the present application will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0035] A typical topology of a five-phase inverter is figure 1 shown. The DC bus voltage is V dc , each bridge arm has two upper and lower switching devices, and the five-phase load is connected in a star shape. Define the switching function of each phase as s k (k=a,b,c,d,e), when the upper bridge arm switching device is turned on, s k =1, when the switching device of the lower bridge arm is turned on, s k =0. At each moment, only one switching device of the upper and lower bridge arms is turned on, and the five-phase bridge arm switches can form 32 switching modes, corresponding to 32 space voltage vectors. When the loads of each phase in a certain switching mode have power flow, The corresponding space vector is called the effective voltage vec...

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel space vector pulse width modulation method of a five-phase inverter. The space vector pulse width modulation method comprises constructing five-dimensional reference voltage vectors; and optimizing conducting times of five bridge arm power tubes of the inverter, which has the steps of: sequencing the conducting times of the five bridge arm power tubes, defining action times of two zero vectors of the inverter and calculating the action times of optimized zero vectors, calculating the conducting times of the five optimized bridge arm power tubes of the inverter, and outputting a switch control signal. By reassigning the action times of the zero vectors, modulation range is expanded, and the utilization rate of DC bus voltage is effectively improved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a five-phase inverter space vector PWM modulation algorithm, in particular, it belongs to the research field of motor drive systems. Background technique [0002] With the development of modern power electronics technology, the number of stator phases can be regarded as a new design parameter for AC motors powered by inverters. Polyphase motors have many advantages over conventional three-phase motors. For example, it can meet low-voltage and high-power occasions by increasing the number of motor phases. The increase in the number of motor phases also increases the order and decreases the amplitude of the more influential space harmonics, thereby making the torque ripple smaller. Multi-phase motors can still start and run with reduced power when the stator phase is missing, which is suitable for high-reliability fields. In recent years, the development of the field of multi-phase motor drive has also promoted the development...
