Abstract

Provided are a reference compensation unit and a switch-type voltage adjusting circuit. The switch-type voltage adjusting circuit comprises an internal reference ground. The internal reference ground has average offset voltage of a first proportion coefficient to output current of the switch-type voltage adjusting circuit with respect to a ground pin. The reference compensation unit receives a second reference signal having band gap reference voltage with respect to the internal reference ground and a reference compensation signal of a second proportion coefficient to the output current. A first reference signal is provided by virtue of using a second compensation signal to compensate the second reference signal, and is enabled to be offset virtually with respect to the average offset voltage of the ground pin. The reference compensation unit utilizes existing modules in the switch-type voltage adjusting circuit to provide the reference compensation signal, thereby reducing/eliminating the influence of the average offset voltage on the first reference signal and the circuit load adjusting rate without increasing the circuit complexity and cost. Thus, the circuit performance is improved.
