Problems solved by technology

[0002] In general, the cotton fabric printing method is the most commonly used platen printing. The adjusted color paste is pushed onto the film. Excess dye is removed, but in the actual production process, cotton fabrics often encounter the problem of color fading due to poor color fastness. After several machine washes, some color will fade, and the color floating phenomenon is serious

Abstract

The invention discloses an improved cotton fabric printing process which comprises the following steps: pretreating, namely bleaching a cotton fabric in a container, and drying the bleached cotton fabric for later use; preparing size, wherein the size comprises the following components: coating, urea, modified sodium alga acid pulp, a fixation accelerator, an adhesive and a softening agent; printing, namely printing the size to the cotton fabric through a plate mangle, and freezing the printed cotton fabric; performing suspended steaming on the frozen cotton fabric, and alternately washing by adopting cold water and hot water after the steaming; performing finished product setting on the cotton fabric which is alternately washed by cold water and hot water, daubing resin on the cotton fabric at the size, and performing heat setting by using a steam machine. The modified sodium alga acid pulp is added into the dyeing size, so that the cotton fabric is high in fixation property and high in seepage force, the coating is stably subjected to fixation through the fixation accelerator and the adhesive and is relatively well combined with cotton fibers, and the cotton fabric reacts, is subjected to cold-hot alternate treatment and is difficult to fade, and therefore, the cloth is difficult in flooding.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an improved printing process for cotton fabrics. Background technique [0002] In general, the cotton fabric printing method is the most commonly used platen printing. The adjusted color paste is pushed onto the film. Excess dyes are removed, but in the actual production process, cotton fabrics often encounter the problem of color fading due to poor color fastness. After several machine washes, some color will fade, and the color floating phenomenon is serious. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a new technical solution to solve the above problems. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides an improved cotton fabric printing process with good color fastness. [0004] The technical scheme adopted in the present invention is: [0005] An improved printing process for cotton fabrics, [0006] a. Pretreatment: put the cotton fabric into a container for ...
