Embodiment 1

[0046] Figure 1 to Figure 12 Shown: The object of embodiment 1 is a stainless steel block. Waveform diagrams of each array element 1#—8# of the ultrasonic phased array emitted separately are as follows: Figure 4 -11, it can be seen that the eight graphics are not exactly the same, that is, the signal characteristics collected by each array element are different. In order to comprehensively utilize the useful information characteristics provided by each signal and eliminate the error information characteristics, an information-based A fused ultrasonic phased array approach. The concrete algorithm of embodiment 1 goes out figure 1 —3 Flowchart.

[0047] The steps of embodiment 1 are as follows:

[0048] (1) Import the text data of 1#-8# array elements into MATALB to form 8 arrays A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8 with 11088 dimensions and 1 column.

[0049] (2) Establishment of quantile map method

[0050] a, Transpose each array and form an 8-dimensional matrix X w...

Embodiment 2

[0058] As shown in Table 1: The following are the characteristics of the data collected from the same point by the eight array elements of the ultrasonic phased array.

[0060]

[0061] Embodiment 2 steps are as follows:

[0062] (1) Establishment of quantile map method

[0063] a. First, the signal data values collected by the eight ultrasonic phased array elements are arranged in ascending order: , .

[0064] b, Find the median of these eight values , , , .

[0065] c, take , is the empirical value, the lower limit ,Upper limit . Thus, the interval of valid data can be obtained as .

[0066] d, then get in the interval The consistent array in is: .

[0067] (2) Establishment of Bayesian estimation

Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrasonic phased array method based on information fusion based on information fusion and belongs to an ultrasonic signal processing technology. The algorithm comprises a bitmap segmenting method and bayes estimation. The bitmap segmenting method comprises the following steps: extracting out medians, upper quartiles and lower quartiles of signals independently collected by each array element of an ultrasonic phased array probe in sequence, obtaining quartile dispersion, solving out elimination points and obtaining effective data fusion sets. Bayes estimation is established by virtue of the following steps: obtaining a characteristic function of each piece of effective data, solving out a decision function, obtaining a risk function, extracting the bayes risk of the decision function and obtaining most effective estimated values of parameters. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for improving the utilization rate of information collected by ultrasonic phased array elements, and obtaining more accurate and reliable description on a real environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of ultrasonic signal processing, in particular to an ultrasonic phased array method based on information fusion. Background technique [0002] Ultrasonic phased array technology was proposed in the 1980s, and it was mainly used in medical ultrasound imaging diagnosis in the early stage. In recent years, ultrasonic phased array technology has developed rapidly at home and abroad, and research in medical diagnosis and industrial testing is very popular. In addition, progress has been made in the system design, system simulation and practical application of the phased array, and the phased array technology has begun to go digital. As the ultrasonic phased array technology has been paid more and more attention by people, the following difficulties have also emerged: the echo information obtained by each array element of the ultrasonic phased array has different signal characteristics, and a single information cannot...
