Embodiment Construction

[0009] Use twigs, waste materials, defective food sticks, deep-fried dough sticks, and apricot sticks to make wooden nails with a thickness of 0.5 cm. The above-mentioned materials are not limited, as long as wood can be used. Soak in 5% sugar water at room temperature for 24 hours, remove and mix in 10% of the volume of the fungus nails to pack into bags. When the inoculation points are basically connected, pull out the wooden nails to naturally form ventilated and oxygen-permeable eyes. It can reduce two artificial glare oxygenation processes, and can effectively prevent the chance of infection caused by artificial glare. Each bag (15×55cm) can hold 800 wooden nails. The length of wooden nails is 4-5cm or 5-7cm.

Abstract

An object of the invention is to provide a method for culturing strains by using wooden pegs. By adopting the method, a spawn running time can be shortened by about 15 days; and cost is reduced. The method comprises the steps of making braches, waster wood, defective food pick sticks, teak sticks and apricot sticks into wooden peg shapes with the thickness of 0.5 cm; immersing the wooden pegs by using normal temperature white sugar water with a concentration of 5%; fishing the wooden pegs out; mixing a nutritional material with an amount accounting for 10% of the volume of the strain pegs; loading into bags; and pulling the wooden pegs out when inoculation points are largely connected together to form vent oxygen permeable holes naturally. 800 wooden pegs are loaded in a 15*55 cm strain bag. The length of the wooden pegs is 4-5 cm or 5-7 cm. Raw materials are wide and sufficient in resources; and wastes can be changed into treasure. By adopting the wooden pegs to culture the strains, preparation is convenient; the method is simple; transformation amount is large; and production cost is reduced by about 30%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of strain cultivation, in particular to a wooden nail strain cultivation method. Background technique [0002] Most of the current strains are cultivated with wood chips. Sometimes the source of wood chips is not easy to get, the transportation volume is large, and the transfer rate is low. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a wood nail bacterial strain method, which has the advantages of wide and sufficient source of raw materials and turning waste into treasure. [0004] The technical plan is as follows: use branches, waste materials, defective food sticks, deep-fried dough sticks, and apricot sticks to make wooden nails with a thickness of 0.5 cm, soak them in 5% normal temperature sugar water for 24 hours, remove them, and then mix them into the nails 10% of the volume of nutrients can be bagged, and when the inoculation points are basically connected ...
