Abstract

The method comprises the steps that the images of the compartment of a coal conveyor and the surrounding environment are acquired after the coal conveyor stops, and the compartment edge of the coal conveyor is obtained through analysis and processing of the images; comparison is conducted on the compartment edge and a pre-stored standard compartment edge to achieve the arrangement of the compartment of the coal conveyor; random arrangement of a sampling point is conducted with the whole area within the compartment edge as a sampling area, and the industrial control computer controls the sampling trolley to travel to the position over the sampling point for sampling.
