Abstract

The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicinal preparation for treating IgA nephropathy due to deficiency of both qi and yin. The IgA nephropathy due to deficiency of both qi and yin belongs to the category of hematuria, edema, kidney wind pathogen, deficiency work and so on in Chinese medicine. The IgA nephropathy due to deficiency of both qi and yin belongs to deficiency syndrome, is characterized in deficiency of both spleen and kidney, deficiency of kidney-yin, and water failing to nourish wood, and can cause deficiency of liver-yin. The traditional Chinese medicinal materials with effects of tonifying liver, invigorating qi, invigorating spleen and kidney, and nourishing yin and blood, including Ilex cornuta bark, Parochetus communis, Panax pseudo-ginseng, Hypoxis aurea, Astragalus complanatus, Drynaria fortunei, Cypripedium margaritaceum, Herba Lespedezae, Limonium aureum, Solanum torvum and Lysimachia insignis are decocted in water to obtain decoction. According to clinical trails, the total effective rate is up to 97.9%. Therapeutic results show that the traditional Chinese medicinal preparation disclosed by the invention has distinct therapeutic effect on IgA nephropathy due to deficiency of both qi and yin.
