Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite material of water-soluble folic acid-functionalized up-converted nano particles (FA-UCNPs) and graphene oxide (GO). The preparation method mainly comprises the three steps of preparing FA-UCNPs, namely firstly, synthesizing diethylene glycol-modified up-converted nano particles (DEG-UCNPs), and secondly, synthesizing the FA-UCNPs; preparing GO, namely firstly, preliminarily oxidizing a graphite sheet, oxidizing, and synthesizing the GO which is good in water solubility, high in yield and adjustable in size; and preparing FA-UCNPs / GO, namely dispersing FA-UCNPs and GO with a weight ratio being 1 / 1-1 / 2, vibrating for 10min, and drying under the normal temperature in a vacuum condition, so as to obtain the FA-UCNPs / GO. The FA-UCNPs / GO prepared by adopting the method is good in water solubility and stability and can be used for identifying canceration cells as a biological probe, so that the composite material is very good in application prospect for early diagnosing of cancers.
