The manufacturing method is characterized by comprising the following steps: manufacturing a precast plate steel template; drilling and turning over a pre-embedded tube circular hole; measuring bottom plate height difference; drilling a bolt hole in a bottom plate; checking the template, clearing impurities and coating a mould release agent; installing a pre-embedded part and a hanger; installing panel ceramic tiles and casting concrete; dismounting the mould, turning cover and checking. Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing method has the advantages as follows: advantages of other concrete component construction processes are integrated, a construction method is simple and easy to operate, the template is convenient to mount and dismount, production efficiency is greatly improved, a construction work-period is shortened, and the template and the hanger can be recycled.
