Problems solved by technology

Since the plates must be guided as far as possible without play in order to orient the sheets precisely, the sliding plate-slide rail system however allows only very small tolerances
If the clearance is too large, the linear bearing must be replaced

Embodiment Construction

[0029]The sheets 6 from the sheet feeder 1 (eg Figure 2a shown in ) is oriented by means 60 for orientation.

[0030] The alignment device 60 has an alignment device 61 which is movable in the circumferential direction U, in the lateral direction S and in the oblique direction D. FIG. The orientation device 61 is supported by three articulated arms 64 . Each articulated arm here has three joints 64.1 and two linkages 64.2. The first joint 64.1 is rotatably connected with the machine frame 5 . A second joint 64.1 rotatably connects the two links 64.2 to each other. The third joint 64 . 1 is rotatably connected to the orientation device 61 . The drives 63 are integrated in the individual articulated arms 64 . All drives 63 can be controlled independently of each other. Here two drive motors 63.1 and a further drive motor 63.2 are provided, which allow the orientation device 61 to move in the circumferential direction U and in the oblique direction D, and which allow the o...

Abstract

The invention relates to a device (60) for aligning sheets (6), especially sheets made from paper, cardboards or paperboard. The device comprises an alignment device (61) and drive (63) associated with the alignment device (61), wherein the alignment device (61) is movable in the circumferential (U), side (S) and oblique (D) directions, used for aligning a sheet (6) in the circumferential (U), side (S) and oblique (D) directions, and provided with at least one holding member for holding said sheet (6); and the drive (63) is used for enabling the alignment device (61) to move in the circumferential (U), side (S) and oblique (D) directions. According to the invention, at least a two-part articulated arm (64) is provided for supporting the alignment device (61). Advantageously, the device (60) allows a simple, low-cost and high-durability supporting.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device for orienting a sheet-shaped element according to the preamble of claim 1 . Background technique [0002] The cutting of a cutting die in a closed geometric shape is called die cutting, and the cutting die can be circular, oval or polygonal and any form of irregular shape. Processing carried out in post-press, such as die-cutting with punches, corner cutting and index die-cutting also falls within this sector. Die-cutting is performed against a die-cutting block or against a punch, and is partly also a shearing process. Packaging materials made of plastic, foil material, paper, cardboard, cardboard or corrugated paper are die-cut mainly in sheet format. However, corrugations or crowns can also be additionally applied to the useful part during the die-cutting process. This complex process makes it absolutely necessary that the sheets are individually die-cut. Since the final product is a packaging that is extremely ...
