The system comprises a plurality of groups of fault indicators mounted on three-phase lines and a master monitor station, and every group of fault indicators comprise three fault indicators which are mounted on the three phases of the three-phase lines respectively and communicated with one other synchronously; by means of the synchronous communication, the fault indicator on any phase of the three-phase lines can obtain the synchronous data of the corresponding two fault indicators on the other two phases at the same time and comprehensively determines whether the corresponding phase gets into fault through the synchronous data of the three-phase lines; the three-phase fault indicators are communicated with the master monitor station.
