Abstract

The invention discloses a method for automatically regulating the temperature of a flame path of a coke oven in heating and combusting procedures on the basis of performance evaluation. The method includes acquiring historical temperature and running data of the flame path and building a multi-attribute performance evaluation model on the basis of information entropy; acquiring current temperature and running data of the flame path; judging a current performance level of a control system by the aid of the multi-attribute performance evaluation model on the basis of the information entropy; building a multi-objective optimization model according to the current performance of the control system; solving the multi-objective optimization model by the aid of a genetic algorithm; regulating parameters of a controller in the control system; automatically regulating the temperature of the flame path. The method has the advantages that the parameters of the controller in a production field can be automatically regulated by the method, so that the purpose of automatically regulating the temperature of the flame path can be achieved, the automation degree of coking production can be effectively upgraded, and an economic benefit of coking production can be effectively increased; running conditions of the control system can be accurately evaluated in coking production procedures by the aid of the online performance evaluation model on the basis of the information entropy, and accordingly a basis can be provided for optimizing the parameters of the controller.
