The device comprises an impact voltage generator, wherein the impact voltage generator is respectively connected with a voltage divider and a gas insulated combined electric appliance, the gas insulated combined electric appliance comprises a sleeve, one end of the sleeve is connected with the impact voltage generator, the other end of the sleeve is connected with a high voltage conductor, the high voltage conductor is arranged in a chamber, at least one box type insulator is arranged in the chamber, the chamber is divided into multiple defect test chamber units, a current sensor is connected with the chamber, each defect test chamber unit is internally provided with an extra high frequency sensor, an ultrasonic sensor is arranged at an outer surface of the chamber, and the current sensor, the extra high frequency sensors and the ultrasonic sensor are respectively connected with a partial discharge signal processing device.
