A mobile real-time detection device for blade damage of a wind generating set apparatus comprises the following parts: a remote control flying device in electric signal connection with a remote control device; a camera arranged on the remote control flying device and carrying out changes of camera angles under the control of the remote control device; a video capture and compression system for converting image signals obtained by the camera into digital signals and transmitting the digital signals through a wireless emitter to a ground wireless receiver; a video decoding system for receiving the digital signals from the ground wireless receiver and converting the digital signals into image signals; and an image display device electrically connected to the video decoding system and for displaying the image signals on a real-time basis. According to the invention, wind blade of a traditional wind generating set is provided with the remote control flying device with the camera, and the image signals are acquired under the control of the remote control device, so as to monitor defects of the wind blades on a real-time basis.
