Abstract

The technology comprises the following steps: (1) separately pretreating smilax riparia and wheat straws to obtain pretreated smilax riparia and pretreated wheat straws; (2) evenly mixing the pretreated smilax riparia and pretreated wheat straws in proportion to obtain a mixed raw material A; (3) respectively adding maize flour and white sugar into the mixed raw material A, and evenly mixing to obtain a mixed raw material B; (4) evenly spraying lactic acid bacteria mixture culture solution into the mixed raw material B, then mechanically grinding so that water in the mixed raw material B can be relatively evenly distributed, and finally filling in a closed container, compacting, sealing, and fermenting at room temperature for 60-90 days.
