The tool is formed by connecting an upper cover and a lower cover through a first bolt, and the testing container is formed by connecting an end cover and a tank body through a second bolt. The end cover is provided with an air inlet duct and an air outlet duct, the tank body and the end cover are provided with ring grooves which are connected in an opposite mode, and a sealing cushion ring is arranged inside each ring groove. The air inlet duct of the end cover is communicated with a supercharging stop valve of the valve set through the supercharging pipeline, and the air outlet duct of the end cover is communicated with a decompression stop valve of the valve set.
