The ground organic fertilizer comprises, by mass, 3 to 8% of cow dung and 1 to 3% of chicken manure. The foliar spraying material comprises, by mass, 1 to 3% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate with a concentration of 0.2 to 0.4%, 1 to 3% of a nutrient and 1 to 3% of higher fatty acid membrane emulsion. The nutrient solution used for preventing frost damages contains no biosynthesized materials or chemically synthesized materials; is simple and convenient for operation; is suitable to be used for various kinds of farmland soil such as soil of open field and greenhouses; is capable of ensuring stable and high yield of organic vegetable even in seasons with a relatively low temperature; possesses no toxicity; and is an excellent green technology for organic agriculture.
