[0030] Mode 1: Detection of 7 pyrethroid pesticide residues in clay

[0031] (1) Pretreatment of clay soil samples

[0032] ①Extraction Use an electronic balance to accurately weigh 15.0g of soil sample into a 250ml Erlenmeyer flask with a stopper, add 15ml of distilled water and 50ml of acetone-petroleum ether (V:V=1:1) mixed solvent, soak for 2h, and then place it in a water bath (25± 1) After oscillating at 200r / min for 30min on an oscillator at ℃, filter it with absorbent cotton, collect the filtrate in a 100ml stoppered measuring cylinder filled with 7g-10g sodium chloride, shake vigorously for 1min, and let it stand at room temperature for 30min to make the organic phase and water phase stratification;

[0033] ② Concentration Draw 10.0ml of the organic phase solution from a 100ml stoppered cylinder into a 100ml rotary evaporator, concentrate on a rotary evaporator until nearly dry (the temperature of the water bath is controlled at 35°C-40°C), then add 2ml of n-hexane ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a gas chromatography method for detecting pesticide residue amounts of bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin in different texture soils (clay, loam soil and sandy soil). The gas chromatography is characterized by taking an acetone-petroleum ether (V:V=1:1) mixed solvent as an extraction agent, and performing trace analysis on an extracting solution on a gas chromatograph after the extracting solution is concentrated by using a rotary evaporator and purified by using a Florey silica column. The gas chromatography method has the advantages that firstly, the pesticide content of seven pyrethroids and a peak area have good linear relationship (within the range of 0.05 to 5.0 mg / kg), the target objected separation effect achieved by an HP-5 chromatographic column is good, the detection result accuracy is high, the reproducibility is high, and the sensitivity of the method meets the technical requirement on pesticide residue detection; secondly, the sample pretreatment operation is simple, convenient and rapid, the detection time is shortened, the work efficiency is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention establishes a method for detecting the pesticide residues of bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin in soils with different textures (clay, loam, sandy soil). The gas chromatography method belongs to the technical field of pesticide residue detection. Background technique [0002] Pyrethroid pesticides are a class of insecticides that emerged in the 1970s and 1980s. They are mainly used to control pests on crops such as cotton, fruit trees, vegetables, tea trees, tobacco, and soybeans. These insecticides have an insecticidal spectrum. Wide range, high insecticidal activity, long duration and low toxicity to mammals are currently being widely used in agricultural production. However, a problem that cannot be ignored in the process is the soil ecological environment, because no matter how these pesticides are applied, they will remain in the soil. [0003] In addition to the ...
