Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of Chinese medicinal herb development. The method aims at improving the utilization ratio of natural plant Chinese medicinal herbs, utilizing on the basis of the traditional method and integrally extracting the active components contained in elsholtzia haichowensis sun. The method comprises the following steps: crushing a commercially available elsholtzia haichowensis sun medicinal material dried in the shade into powder capable of being screened through sieve with the mesh size of 40-80 meshes, soaking, and extracting volatile oil through a steam distillation method; filtering a water solution, retaining filter liquor and filter residues, adding a certain amount of starch into the filter liquor, and carrying out spray drying to obtain elsholtzia haichowensis sun polysaccharide; airing the filter residues, adding ethanol for organic reflux, and extracting total flavone. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for realizing the integrated utilization of elsholtzia haichowensis sun resources and has the advantages of simple process, less production process and low cost.
