The motor control part (74) controls the outdoor fan motor (38a). A main body control part (75) that is connected with the motor control part (74) is used for controlling the air-conditioning device. When the direct-current bus voltage (Vdc) of the motor control part (74) in the inverter circuit (38b) satisfies conditions of the overvoltage or the undervoltage and also satisfies a condition that the control state of the outdoor fan motor (38a) is a state before operation is satisfied, commercial power lines (48a, 48b) which are connected with the inverter circuit (38b) are determined to have generated overvoltage or undervoltage.
