The two guide rails are screwed on lateral surfaces of the hinge respectively, the spicule clips are arranged in the guide rails in a penetrating mode respectively, the extending and contracting nuts are screwed on two sides of the spicule clips, the locking nuts are designed on the lateral surfaces of the spicule clips, the bending adjusting handles are screwed at the ends of the hinge, and the bending adjusting systems are installed on the lateral surfaces of the hinge. After spicules are arranged in fracture portions in a penetrating mode and clamped on corresponding portions of the spicule clips, the turning handles are fastened on the corresponding spicules.
