Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of a bearing test, in particular to a heating system of a high-temperature working condition rolling bearing testing machine. The heating system comprises a temperature control subsystem and a temperature executing subsystem. The temperature control subsystem comprises a temperature sensor, a manipulator and a temperature controller, wherein the manipulator is used for controlling energization and outage. The temperature executing subsystem comprises heating devices and a supporting lining. A bearing outer ring of a high-temperature test bearing is located in the supporting lining, a plurality of blind holes which are evenly distributed are drilled in the supporting lining in the circumferential direction, the heating devices are evenly distributed in the holes for heating the supporting lining, and therefore heating for the outer ring of the bearing is achieved. The heating system is compact in structure, and capable of achieving accurate and efficient simulation of the high-temperature bearing under a high-temperature working condition, being matched with a conventional bearing testing machine for use, expanding the testing capacity of the conventional bearing testing machine, and providing a hardware platform for a rolling bearing test under a high-temperature working condition.
