The self-retracting intraesophageal bracket comprises a top ring, a force transmission plate, a bracket body and a thin-film sleeve sleeved on the bracket body, wherein medicine-carrying thin tubes are uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the thin-film sleeve; radiotherapy medicine is loaded in the medicine-carrying thin tubes; the top ring is arranged at one end of the bracket body; the force transmission plate is arranged on the top ring in a penetrating manner through a socket ring; the bracket body consists of telescopic units; each telescopic unit consist of two clamp arms and a plurality of clamp rings; the two clamp arms are in hinge joint; and the lower end of the force transmission plate is arranged on the clamp rings of the telescopic unit at the uppermost end.
