Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a biodegradable mulching film for agricultural crops. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding 100 parts by mass of starch into a reaction kettle filled with 500 to 600 parts by mass of water; heating the mixture to 70 to 85 DEG C; reacting for 0.5 to 1 hour; cooling the reactant to room temperature to obtain a starch solution; adding a pH adjusting agent into the starch solution to adjust the pH to be 6 to 8; heating the solution to 60 to 70 DEG C; adding 5 to 12 parts by mass of cross-linking agent; after 20 to 40 minutes, adding 25 to 35 parts by mass of polyvinyl alcohol for reacting 3 to 6.5 hours; cooling the solution to room temperature to obtain a reaction solution; adding 6 to 10 parts by mass of active agent into the reaction solution; after stirring the solution for 0.5 to.15 hours, filtering and drying the final solution to obtain reaction particles; and blowing the reaction particles to form the mulching film on a film blowing machine. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that the raw materials for preparing the mulching film are low in cost and wide in source; the mulching film can be degraded naturally; and the degraded decomposition products contain potassium which can meet the requirement on the growth of the agricultural crops.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a biodegradable mulch film for crops, belonging to the technical field of crop cultivation. Background technique [0002] Mulching film cultivation technology is widely used in the process of crop planting. After mulching cultivation with plastic film, it can improve the temperature and moisture status of the soil and near the ground, increase soil temperature, maintain soil moisture, improve soil properties, and improve soil nutrient supply and fertilizer utilization. It can improve the light conditions, reduce the damage of weeds and diseases and insect pests, and provide an effective guarantee for the growth of early crops. The traditional mulch is mostly made of artificially synthesized plastics. After use, the mulch cannot be automatically degraded. Long-term use will cause serious white pollution to the field soil and pose a huge threat to the ecological environment. Contents of the invention ...
