Problems solved by technology

[0003] 1. The traditional inverted roof has many construction procedures, and the amount of materials such as protective layer, slope layer, and isolation layer is large, and the construction cost is high
[0004] 2. The surface layer of the traditional inverted roof is usually a rigid protective layer, and the rainwater on the surface layer will continuously seep into the insulation layer and cannot be discharged, forming the phenomenon of "internal water accumulation"
[0005] 3. The drainage measures of the traditional inverted roof only consider the drainage of the surface layer, but do not consider the "internal water accumulation" from the surface layer into the insulation layer. If there is a defect in the bottom waterproof layer, it will inevitably lead to water leakage from the roof
[0006] 4. Since the waterproof layer of the inverted roof is at the bottom of the roof, it is difficult to maintain after water leakage occurs, and the maintenance cost is high

Embodiment Construction

[0033] In order to further understand the invention content, characteristics and effects of this patent, the following examples are given, and detailed descriptions are as follows in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:

[0034] see figure 1 , an inverted roof drainage structure, including a roof structure layer 1, a local slope layer, a leveling layer 2, a waterproof layer 3, an insulation layer 4, a rigid protection layer, and a surface layer from the bottom to the top. The main rainwater outlet 7 is connected with a main rainwater pipe 8 under the main rainwater outlet, and a dark drainage outlet 9 is also arranged under the insulation layer. The dark drainage outlet is connected with a dark drainage pipe 10, and the dark drainage pipe is connected with the main rainwater pipe. In this embodiment, the surface layer is the wear-resistant surface layer 6, and the rigid protective layer is the base concrete 5

Abstract

The invention relates to a drainage structure for an inverted roof and a construction method of the drainage structure. The drainage structure comprises a roof structure layer, a local sloping layer, a leveling layer, a water-proof layer, an insulating layer, a rigid protection layer and a surface layer from bottom to top successively. A main rainwater port is formed in the surface layer, and a main rainwater pipe is communicated with the lower portion of the main rainwater port. The drainage structure is characterized in that concealed drainage ports are further formed under the insulating layer and communicated with concealed drainage pipes, and the concealed drainage pipes are communicated with the main rainwater pipe. The drainage structure and the construction method have the advantages that water flowing into the insulating layer and the water-proof layer through the surface layer or various gaps can be drained, hidden leakage troubles of inverted roofs are reduced greatly, and the roof water-proof performance is optimized.

Description

technical field [0001] The patent belongs to the technical field of construction roof construction, and in particular relates to an inverted roof drainage structure and a construction method thereof. Background technique [0002] Inverted roofs are currently mostly used for roof systems designed as parking lots. At present, most engineering inverted roofs adopt traditional construction methods. Traditional inverted roofs have the following disadvantages: [0003] 1. The traditional inverted roof has many construction procedures, the amount of materials such as protective layer, slope layer, and isolation layer is large, and the construction cost is high. [0004] 2. The surface layer of the traditional inverted roof is usually a rigid protective layer, and the rainwater on the surface layer will continuously seep into the insulation layer and cannot be discharged, forming the phenomenon of "internal water accumulation". [0005] 3. The drainage measures of the traditional i...
