Abstract

The invention provides a harmless treatment process of kitchen wastes, belonging to the technical field of a biomass energy source. A process flow is simply described as the steps of: collecting and transporting, pre-treating, carrying out anaerobic fermentation, separating marsh gas, biogas slurry and biogas residues, and utilizing products. The collected and transported kitchen wastes are sorted through a pre-treatment means; the kitchen wastes are divided into six types of substances including oil, plastic, metal, glass, sediment and anaerobic fermentation raw materials by a heating unit, a solid-liquid separation unit, an oil-water separation unit, a dehydration unit, a crushing unit and a slurry making unit, wherein the oil enters a biodiesel manufacturing unit; the plastic, the metal and the glass can be recycled and reused; sandy soil and stones are filled in the ground; the anaerobic fermentation raw materials are subjected to biological degradation through an anaerobic fermentation system to form the marsh gas, the biogas slurry and the biogas residues; and after the separation, the next step of process is carried out to respectively manufacture natural gas, a spiral seaweed culture solution and a particle organic fertilizer.
