The invention discloses an effective method for an optimized layout of factory facilities. The method builds a model for the layout of the factory facilities. The model is in the following form: min F(X) = tr (AXB <T> x <T>+CX <T>) s.t., where X belongs to Pi, wherein A, B, C belong to R<n*n> and are three matrixes with same scale; the damping matrix A stands for specific loss between devices; the distance matrix B stands for difference between places; the C, which stands for a maintenance cost matrix, is an unknown distribution matrix, and the form of the C is a permutation matrix; Pi is a permutation matrix set; and tr (*) stands for trace of the matrixes. The method conducts optimizing for an objective function of the model based on gradual nonconvex and gradual concave process, and can keep a higher layout precision, and meanwhile greatly reduce time consumption and storage consumption.
