Abstract

The invention discloses a low-noise stable horizontal direct-connected electric centrifugal pump which comprises a filter screen (3), a dredging screw (4), a pressure reduction pipe (5), a throttling valve (6), a first bearing cooling containing cavity (7), a condenser motor shell (8), a second bearing cooling containing cavity (9), a connecting pipe (10), a jet pipe (11), a water inlet (16) and a water outlet (17). A traditional air cooling motor type is changed into a water cooling structure, the first bearing cooling containing cavity (7) and the condenser motor shell (8) are used for cooling a motor bearing, a stator and a rotor releasing heat, a formed jet guide device is used for improving stability of the pump running under an off-design condition, so that radiation noise of the centrifugal pump in the running process is effectively reduced, running stability of the centrifugal pump is improved, and the 'quiet' design of a pipeline system is realized.
