Abstract

The invention provides a method for a resource competition and a piece of user equipment, and a method and device for utilization of the resource competition, and enables the resource competition problem to be solved. The resource competition method includes: selecting a sending opportunity frame including a monitoring-preempting subframe and a transmission subframe, wherein the monitoring-preempting subframe includes a plurality of preemption time slots; determining that the selected discovery resources are exclusive discovery resources through analysis of the states of different pieces of user equipment on the plurality of preemption time slots of the monitoring-preempting subframe; and sending an adjacent identity indication code on the exclusive discovery resources through the transmission subframe. The method for the utilization of the resource competition includes: receiving the sending opportunity frame sent by the UE; determining the occupancy state or the idle state of the discovery resources according to the sending opportunity frame; and scheduling the idle discovery resources. The above-mentioned technical scheme enables the problem that collision frequency is too high in a resource competition so that emission times and power consumption of the UE are reduced.
