According to the preparation method, the polyester staple fibers are adopted as insulation materials, the two fibers can be adhered together without adhesives, and the composite insulation board is free of harmful substances and peculiar smell and is environment-friendly. The aluminium-foil paper or the aluminium-foil cloth can be adhered to the insulation board body, so that the composite insulation board has better heat-insulation and moisture-proof effects; and the composite insulation board can have a function of absorbing sound to lower noises.
