Problems solved by technology

Traditional clinicopathological factors include intestinal obstruction / perforation, T4 tumor, lymphovascular invasion, histological grade 3-4, submitted lymph nodes <12, positive resection margin, etc., which can provide certain prognostic information for colorectal cancer patients. However, the information contained in these risk factors is limited, and the degree to which each factor affects the prognosis of colorectal cancer cannot be well quantified and integrated (Benson AR, Schrag D, Somerfield MR, et al. American Society of Clinical Oncology recommendations on adjuvant chemotherapy for stage II colon cancer[J].J Clin Oncol,2004,22(16):3408-3419; Gill S,Loprinzi CL,Sargent DJ,et al.Pooled analysis of fluorouracil-based adjuvant therapy for stage II and III colon cancer: who benefits and by how much?[J].J Clin Oncol,2004,22(10):1797-1806.)

Embodiment Construction

[0029] The following examples are only used to illustrate the present invention, but not to limit the scope of the present invention. The experimental method that does not indicate specific conditions in the embodiment, according to the conditions suggested by the manufacturing kit production company or according to routine experimental conditions, such as people such as Sambrook, molecular cloning: laboratory manual (New York: Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Press, 1989 ) under the conditions described.

[0030] 1. Subjects

[0031] The research objects of this example selected 81 cases of colorectal cancer tissues preserved in RNA later in the tissue bank of the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University between January 2006 and April 2008. Inclusion and exclusion criteria:

[0032] (1) Patients with new colorectal cancer (the pathological diagnosis of surgical specimens shall be used as the standard);

[0033] (2) Between 18 and 75 years old, pathologically diagnosed a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a group of genes for colorectal cancer prognosis. The group of genes comprises genes of nucleotide sequences shown in SEQ ID No.34 to SEQ ID No.66. In addition, the invention also discloses an application of the gene group. The application comprises application in preparation of a gene chip for colorectal cancer prognosis, and an application in preparation of a reagent for colorectal cancer prognosis. The gene contributes to improvement of the survival rate of a patient with a colorectal cancer after operation. The risk factor of death of the patient after operation can be rapidly judged by detection and conjoint analysis of the gene chip after the patient with the lung cancer has the radical operation. Thus, the patient with a high death risk factor can be subjected to adjuvant therapy in good time; and the survival time of the patient is prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of prognosis of colorectal cancer, mainly the prediction of postoperative recurrence of stage II / III (locally advanced) colorectal cancer. More specifically, it relates to a gene for prognosis of colorectal cancer and its application. Background technique [0002] Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors, which seriously threatens human health. At present, its incidence rate ranks third among all malignant tumors in the world, and the incidence rate of colorectal cancer in my country also ranks third among all malignant tumors published in the 2011 China Tumor Registration Annual Report (Jemal A, Bray F, Center MM , et al.Global cancer statistics[J].CA Cancer J Clin,2011,61(2):69-90.). Colorectal cancer is a large class of diseases. In recent years, the research on its occurrence and development mechanism, treatment and prognosis has received extensive attention worldwide, especially in the past 1...
