Multi-object positioning models of production process decoupling points are built on the basis of production process analysis. Production scheduling models under an MTO (make to order) production mode and an ATO (assemble to order) production mode according to two positioning positions of production decoupling points, and solving the two types of production scheduling. By the method, personal requirements of customer order can be met, production system dynamic randomness is reduced, scheduling target and production process are simplified, customer requirements are satisfied at short time and low cost, for orders with complex conditions and large number, and scheduling solving results are accurate and effective.
