The method of the data processing based on the electric energy metering device comprises obtaining a plurality of terms of operating data of the electric energy metering device at a preset verification moment; respectively extracting a single term of operating data of the electric energy metering device at a plurality of preset verification moments, and drawing graphs according to the single term of operating data and preset verification moments which correspond to the operating data; and comparing the single term of operating data with a corresponding term of standard operating data, and outputting operating states of the electric energy metering device aiming at the single term of operating data at the preset verification moments, wherein the operating states comprise a normal operating state which satisfies the corresponding term of standard operating data, and an abnormal operating state which does not satisfy the corresponding term of standard operating data. The method and the system of the data processing based on the electric energy metering device are beneficial for the fact that electric workers can timely and conveniently learn about a health state of the electric energy metering device, and therefore effective management aiming at the electric energy metering device can be carried out.
