Abstract

The invention provides a high temperature carbonization system of sludge and a carbonization process. The high temperature carbonization system of sludge comprises a dewatered sludge supply unit, a dewatered sludge drying unit, a dried sludge carbonization unit, a thermal cycle exchange unit, and a carbonization heating furnace, wherein the dewatered sludge drying unit comprises a dewatered sludge dryer; the dried sludge carbonization unit comprises a sludge carbonization furnace; the carbonization heating furnace is used for supplying the heating gas to the dewatered sludge dryer and used for supplying the heating gas to the sludge carbonization furnace; the thermal cycle exchange unit is used for conveying the heating gas discharged by the dewatered sludge drying unit to the carbonization heating furnace to burn and deodorize after heat exchange; and the carbonization heating furnace is used for burning and deodorizing the distilled gas generated by the sludge carbonization furnace by carbonization. By adopting the carbonization system, utilization of the carbonized distilled gas generated by the sludge in drying and carbonizing processes is combined with high-temperature deodorizing overall treatment of the waste gas; the energy consumption is reduced; and the equipment configuration is also simplified.
