Abstract

The invention provides a public charging management system which is applied to public equipment provided with power sources. The public charging management system comprises a communication unit, a power source converting unit, a billing unit and a central control unit. The public charging management system is communicated with a server through the communication unit. The server is provided with an online bank payment system. The power source converting unit charges a to-be-charged device connected with a charging interface. The billing unit computes cost according to charged electricity quantity. The central control unit generates an electronic payment bill, sends the electronic payment bill to the server according to the computed cost, and logs in the online bank payment system so as to enable a user to pay an unpaid electronic payment bill. Further provided is a charging method. The public charging management system and the charging method facilitates charging and paying by the user.
