The receiving module generates corresponding current according to the square signal through electromagnetic induction and charges a battery of a mobile terminal. The central processing unit controls the charging current and the charging voltage of the device in work and the conditions such as over discharge, over current, over charge and over voltage are avoided. The device guarantees using safety, offers an independent power source and is capable of charging at any time without restriction of a charging environment.
