An on-off control circuit is arranged on the first waterproof valve and the second waterproof valve. A power source anode wire is connected with a power source anode wire, and a power source cathode wire of the on-off control circuit is connected with a power source cathode wire of an automobile storage battery. Water can be prevented from flowing into the engine by closing of valves on an automobile air inlet and the exhaust pipe through a control switch in a driving cab. The water can be effectively prevented from flowing into the engine through two waterproof valves, and therefore the damage to the engine after a car is flooded by the water is reduced. A waterproof system is easy to operate, safe and reliable. In the process of driving, the valves are in no power states and without any operations, and driving safety is not affected.
