A voice central control unit can control a voice output mode according to the priority level of a control signal. A control terminal of a differential transposing station is capable of controlling the voice output modes of the voice central control unit and a RDS signal and having the function of human-computer interaction. The output priority level of a RDS data signal and a voice signal can be set. The receiving end of the RDS signal can support multiple communication protocols and set the priority level.
