The method comprises the following steps of: A, preparing the vanadium iron slag, the SiO2 micropowder and the phosphate according to a predetermined proportion; B, adding water in the prepared materials and uniformly mixing, and performing compression moulding to obtain a brick blank; and C, after curing the brick blank at a temperature of 18-25 DEG C and a moisture condition of 85%-95%, and drying, thereby obtaining the baking-free fireproofing brick.
