Embodiment 1

[0035] The plant raw material used in this embodiment is corncob.

[0036] Put the plant raw material into the microwave vacuum tank, vacuumize until the vacuum degree is -0.2MPa, and then carry out microwave treatment, the microwave frequency is 300MHz, and the microwave treatment time is 1min;

[0037] The plant raw materials obtained through pretreatment are dried, pre-carbonized, carbonized, calcined, and cooled in sequence. The temperature at each temperature measurement point is 150°C in drying area A, 275°C in pre-carbonization area B, and 450°C in carbonization area C. Observation during warming figure 1 The zone D shown is the temperature of different positions in the combustion zone. When the temperature of a certain place in the combustion zone, such as d2, is too low, open the small hole in that place, introduce air and burn it nearby, so as to raise the temperature in this place and control the bamboo to move down. The temperature of the combustion zone experienc...

Embodiment 2

[0048] The plant material used in this example is bamboo chips (about 40 cm long).

[0049] Put the plant raw material into the microwave vacuum tank, vacuumize until the vacuum degree is -0.01MPa, and then carry out microwave treatment, the microwave frequency is 950MHz, and the microwave treatment time is 3min;

Embodiment 3

[0060] The plant raw material used in this embodiment is pine tree, and the pine tree is first cut after the skin impurities are removed, and the length is controlled to be no more than 15 cm.

[0061] Put the plant material into the microwave vacuum tank, vacuumize until the vacuum degree is -0.1~-0.05MPa, and then carry out microwave treatment, the microwave frequency is 550MHz, and the microwave treatment time is 1.2-2min;

[0062] The pre-treated plant raw materials are dried, pre-carbonized, carbonized, calcined, and cooled in sequence. The temperature at each temperature measurement point is 180°C in the drying area A, 325°C in the pre-carbonization area B, and 530°C in the carbonization area C. Abstract

The invention relates to an activated carbon, in particular to activated carbon for culturing crystal shrimp. The activated carbon for culturing crystal shrimp is prepared by the following steps: pretreatment of plant raw materials: sending the plant raw materials into a microwave vacuum tank, vacuumizing till the vacuum degree is -0.02MPa to -0.001MPa, then conducting microwave treatment for 1-3min at the microwave frequency of 300MHz-950MHz; preparation of plant charcoal; mixing and proportioning: weighing the following ingredients in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of aluminium hydroxide, 15-35 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 5-40 parts of plant charcoal and 3-8 parts of acrylic resin, mixing evenly in a blender mixer; grinding and pelleting; sintering: mixing and soaking the ground and pelleted particles with potassium oxalate solution for 3-4h according in proportion of 1:3-4, and then washing with deionized water until the pH value is neutral, wherein the mass fraction of the potassium oxalate solution is 8-10%; drying and increasing the temperature to 500-600 DEG C at a speed of 2-8 DEG C / min in a reduction protection atmosphere, preserving heat for 3-4h to obtain the needed activated carbon for culturing crystal shrimp. The prepared activated carbon is high in adsorptive property, capable of providing good water quality and suitable for culture of crystal shrimp.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an activated carbon, in particular to an activated carbon used for crystal shrimp cultivation. Background technique [0002] Because of its red and white body color, crystal shrimp has become an aquarium creature with high ornamental value. The cultivation of crystal shrimp has high requirements on water quality. The effect of commercially available ordinary activated carbon on improving water quality needs to be improved. [0003] CN101343060 (2010-7-14) discloses a method for preparing organic activated carbon, but the method requires high preparation requirements, and the activated carbon has no obvious effect on crystal shrimp cultivation. [0004] Contents of the invention [0005] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a kind of activated carbon used for crystal shrimp cultivation which has high adsorption performance and can provide good water quality. [0006] Above-mentioned technical purpose of the pr...
