The bank system verifying step comprises the following sub-steps: receiving the standard table sent by an enterprise system; receiving the payment request, the enterprise safety certificate and the log table sent by the enterprise system; verifying the enterprise safety certificate; and after the enterprise safety certificate is verified to be correct, verifying whether the standard stable and the log table are respectively consistent, if so, meeting the payment request sent by the enterprise system.
