The invention discloses a single point mooring system device, comprising floating hoses, one or two mooring cables, a tumbler, buoys, a mooring anchor chain, a mooring anchor pile, flexible vertical pipes, an umbilical cable and a manifold platform, wherein the floating hoses 1 are two parallel pipe lines and float on the sea surface; the mooring anchor pile is fixedly arranged on the sea bottom; one end of the mooring anchor chain is tied on the buoys; the other end of the mooring anchor chain is tied on the mooring anchor pile; the buoys are in a cylinder-shaped structure; the cylinder center is formed into an open type center cabin; six sealed cabins are equally divided along the circumference; six sets of chain stoppers are evenly arranged on the outer sides of the bottom parts of the buoys; the tumbler is provided with four functional platforms, namely a mooring platform, a piping platform, a balance platform and a center rotary table; the balance platform is arranged in a manner symmetric with the mooring platform and the piping platform relative to the center platform; and moreover, the whole tumbler can rotate around the buoys.
