The method comprises steps that: A, a main controller activates a TPMS sensor through a TPMS wireless communication module, and correspondingly obtains monitoring information from the TPMS sensor; B, a communication connection is built between the main controller and an automotive electronic control unit (ECU) through a diagnosis communication interface, and the read sensor ID information is written in the automotive electronic control unit; and C, the automotive electronic control unit and the TPMS information are diagnosed and analyzed, and the automotive electronic control unit and fault codes in the TPMS are read and cleared and data flow information are obtained in accordance with the analysis results.
