The automatic vehicle fire extinguishing apparatus comprises a plurality of sensors, a signal processor, a blastable fire extinguishing agent bag and a heater, wherein the sensors and the heater are electrically connected with the signal processor, the sensors are arranged on easy-on-fire positions of a vehicle, and are provided for carrying out signal acquisition on a condition of the easy-on-fire position of the vehicle, the signal processor receives the signal acquired by the sensor and accordingly determines whether the easy-on-fire position of the vehicle meets a fire extinguishing condition, if the easy-on-fire position of the vehicle meets the fire extinguishing condition, the signal processor starts the heater to heat the blastable fire extinguishing agent bag so as to instantaneously blast the bag and carry out fire extinguishing, and if the easy-on-fire position of the vehicle does not meet the fire extinguishing condition, the sensor continuously acquires the condition of the easy-on-fire position of the vehicle. According to the present invention, the instantaneously blastable fire extinguishing agent bag is adopted, and the fire extinguishing agent can be uniformly distributed in a large range during blasting, such that spontaneous combustion phenomenon at an on-fire initial stage can be quickly and efficiently eliminated, pipelines, sprinklers and other devices are not required to be arranged on the vehicle body, and characteristics of simpleness and practicality are provided.
