Problems solved by technology

At this point, there are two problems: the selection of the target virtual machine and the selection of the migration target computing node
However, this strategy is difficult to meet the energy-saving and consumption-reducing requirements of cloud computing systems.
However, when the system is in a light-load working state and most resources are idle, this strategy also requires all computing nodes to be in a working state, which is not conducive to saving energy consumption

Embodiment Construction

[0035] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0036] According to a network resource scheduling method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, when it is detected that the network traffic of a computing node exceeds a preset network traffic threshold, the migration priority of each virtual machine on the computing node is counted, and according to the virtual machine The migration priority determines the virtual machine to be migrated, and then migrates the determined virtual machine to be migrated to other computing nodes in the network.

[0037] In an embodiment of the present invention, a network resource scheduling method includes:

[0038] Step S101 , when it is detected that the network traffic of the computing node exceeds a preset network traffic threshold, evaluate the expected memory copy completion time of each virtual machine on the computing node.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for scheduling network resources based on virtual machine migration. The method comprises the following steps of: when the network flow of a computation node is detected to be more than a preset network flow threshold value, evaluating the expected copy finish time of the memory of each virtual machine on the computation node, and evaluating the average network flow of each virtual machine on the computation node in a given period of time; calculating the ratio of the average network flow of each virtual machine to the corresponding expected copy finish time of the memory; determining the migration priority of each virtual machine according to the ratio, wherein the virtual machine with a higher ratio has a higher migration priority, and the virtual machine to be migrated is determined according to the migration priority of each virtual machine; and migrating the virtual machine to be migrated, which is determined on the computation node, to a target computation node. By the method, the network load on the computation node can be reduced, and the actual benefit of migration operation is maximized. The invention also discloses a system for scheduling the network resources based on the virtual machine migration.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of computer network resource scheduling, and more particularly to a network resource scheduling method and system based on virtual machine migration, and a computing device used for network resource scheduling. Background technique [0002] The "hot migration" technology in cloud computing technology can completely save the state of the running virtual machine and quickly deploy it to other hardware platforms. During the migration process, the virtual machine runs smoothly, and the user basically does not notice any difference. [0003] With the help of "hot migration" technology, the cloud computing system can perform real-time load scheduling. If the network load on a single computing node is too heavy in a certain period of time, the cloud computing system can use the "hot migration" technology to migrate the virtual machine out of the computing node; while in another period of time, all computin...
