Abstract

The invention provides a mold insert with slanting alternating water channels and a production method thereof. The mold insert comprises an inert body. The insert body is provided with a conical part with a circular bottom and an outer wall which is a conical surface. A plurality of slanting alternating water channel sets are arranged in the insert body. Each slanting alternating water channel set includes a left slanting water channel and a right slanting water channel, which enter the circular bottom of the insert body and linearly extend up to cross within the insert body. An included angle between an axis of each left slanting water channel and the circular bottom is equal to that between the axis of the corresponding right slanting water channel and the circular bottom, and a plane where the axes of the left and right slanting water channels are located tilts inwards towards a center line of the conical surface. The slanting alternating water channels are evenly distributed in the insert body along a same circle.
