Embodiment 1

[0021] The preparation of embodiment 1 mixed strain

[0022] Sources of strains: Bacillus pumilus, Lactobacillus reuteri and Saccharomyces cerevisiae are common strains, all of which can be purchased commercially or collected by oneself. In this example, it is obtained by the inventor in the natural environment by collecting and separating it by himself.

[0023] Recover and proliferate Bacillus pumilus with BPY medium at 150-200rpm at 30°C for 16-24 hours, and resuscitate and proliferate Lactobacillus reuteri with MRS medium at 150-200rpm at 37°C for 16 hours -24 hours, Saccharomyces cerevisiae was revived and proliferated with YPD medium at 150-200 rpm at 30°C for 16-24 hours. Make the number of each bacteria reach 10 8 -10 10 individual / g culture medium.

[0024] Then make bacterial agent according to the following ratio, by mass ratio:

[0025] 9 mediums of Bacillus pumilus;

[0026] 9 cultures of Lactobacillus reuteri; and

[0027] Saccharomyces cerevisiae 16 mediu...

Embodiment 2

[0034] Embodiment 2 Fermentation

[0035] The soybean meal is crushed to below 40 mesh, the soybean meal and water are mixed at a ratio of 1:1.4, and then the mixed bacterial agent is added to the mixture at a ratio of 4% by mass, and fermented at 30-37°C for 72 hours, using a special flow The chemical bed dryer can dry the fermentation product until the water content is less than 10%. The properties of soybean meal before and after fermentation are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0038] Example 3 Effect of fermented soybean meal in feed instead of soybean meal and fish meal on growth performance of piglets

[0039] 1. Test materials and methods

[0040] 1.1 Test animals and grouping

[0041] Select 200 weaned piglets at the age of 30 days from three-way hybridization (Du×Long×Da), which are robust and well-developed. They are randomly divided into 2 groups according to the principle of parity, similar body weight, and half male and female, with 10 replicates in each group. , with 10 piglets per replicate. The test period is 30 days.

[0042] 1.2 Test diet

[0043] The nutritional standard of the diet was prepared according to NRC (1998) 5kg-10kg nutritional requirements of growing pigs, see Table 2 for details.

Abstract

The invention discloses a microbial fermentation method of soybean meal and application of the soybean meal in feed. The soybean meal adopts a leavening agent to ferment, according to mass rate, the leavening agent comprises 8-10 parts of bacillus pumilus, 8-10 parts of lactobacillus reuteri and 15-18 parts of saccharomyces cerevisiae, and each mass part comprises more than 108 microbial content. The fermentation method comprises the following steps of: mixing the soybean meal and water according to proportion of (0.9-1.1):(1.2-1.5); adding the leavening agent into a mixture according to mass rate of 3-5 percent; and fermenting for 72-84 hours at temperature of 30-37 DEG C. The fermented soybean meal can substitute fish meal in a pig feed formula.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of feed processing, in particular to a microbial fermentation method of soybean meal and its application in feed. Background technique [0002] Soybean meal is an important vegetable protein feed for livestock and poultry. It has high crude protein content and a relatively balanced amino acid composition. Healthy growth limits the further application of soybean meal in the feed industry. Conventional treatment methods, such as heating, extrusion, extraction, etc., are difficult to completely remove the antigenic protein in soybean meal. How to eliminate the impact of anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal on animal production has always been the focus of attention. [0003] Studies have shown that anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal can be eliminated by using specific enzymes produced by microorganisms, such as trypsin inhibitors, soybean lectins, phytic acid, oligosaccharides, lipoxygenase, soybean antigenic ...
