The embodiment of the invention discloses a preparation method of a PbTiO3 intelligent coating, which comprises the following steps: forming a prime coating layer on a substrate surface, forming a PbTiO3 sensing layer on the prime coating layer surface, and performing polarization treatment of the PbTiO3 sensing layer to provide the PbTiO3 sensing layer with piezoelectric effect. The obtained PbTiO3 intelligent coating has the function of a piezoelectric sensor, and can realize real-time monitoring and feedback of the abrasion states of the substrate surface and the PbTiO3 intelligent coating itself, and thus no sensor is necessary to be pasted. In addition, the prime coating layer is disposed between the PbTiO3 sensing layer and the substrate, which provides very strong bonding degree between the PbTiO3 sensing layer and the substrate. Compared with current sensors and substrates which are bonded through pasting, the preparation method of the PbTiO3 intelligent coating provided by the invention can avoid the problem of poor bonding degree between sensors and substrates.
