The invention relates to a dry valve assembly with a quick joint, which consists of a male joint part with a valve and a female joint part with a valve, wherein the male joint part consists of a manual valve, a quick joint and a lock pin in starting and shutoff linkage with the valve; the female joint part consists of a valve capable of elastic automatic recovering and shutoff; and a pin hole matched with the lock pin on the male joint is formed in the female joint, the rotation of a valve rod drives the lock pin to move, so as to ensure that the quick joint is mounted in place and unified with the opening of the valve, and ensure the safety of the operation. The dry valve assembly overcomes the safety hazards of high possibility of mal-operation and fluid leakage due to the lack of effective safety protection design in the quick butt jointing and transferring operation of the fluid medium in the prior art. By adopting the design, the valve can't be opened when the quick joint is not yet butt jointed; the quick joint can't be cut off when the valve is not yet completely closed; and after the quick joint is disassembled, the leakage problem of the residual fluid medium at the joint is avoided.
